Meeting called to order at
4:45 PM.

Changes/Additions to Meeting Agenda
There were no additions or
changes to the meeting agenda.
Review & Approve Minutes
Minutes from the 7/26/21
meeting were approved.
Public Be Heard
No public present.
Discussions
The
proposed revisions to the Ethics Law in response to the Town Board resolution
were discussed and accepted and a draft copy will be shared with
members
of the Town Board.
Executive Session
Motion was made and carried
to go into Executive Session at 5:05 PM.
Non-return of Disclosure
forms was discussed with a possible imposition of a 60-day limit, after which
individuals would be reported to the Town Board.
Discussion of Ethics Board
attendance.
Motion made and carried to
leave Executive Session at 5:45 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled
for September 27 and Town Board member Laura Ricci will be invited to discuss
the revisions to the Ethics Law.
The Board adjourned the
meeting at 5:21 PM.
