questioned by the
Town Board.

Election
A motion was made to appoint Paul Washington as Chairperson.
A motion was made to rotate secretarial duties between Allison Dodd, Iris
York &
Neil Ratner.

2020 Annual Report was reviewed and approved.
Volunteer
Handbook

Bill
McKenna (Town Supervisor) is looking for 3 people to work on the Volunteer
Handbook. Richard Heppner has volunteered. Paul Washington and Neil Ratner volunteered.
Disclosure
Forms

Discussion
included:
o
We
had requested a 30 day deadline for the return of the Forms.
o
Iris
York is continuing to pick up the forms from the Town Clerk’s office and note
their receipt.

Iris
York has picked up the forms that represent the paid town employees.

How
are they planning to hand out to non-paid?
o
Process
for handling the processing of Ethics Board’s mail in relation to Disclosure
Forms:
Disclosure Forms
should be returned to the Town Clerk attention Ethics Board.
Ethics Board mail
should not be opened.
Executive Session:
Motion
was made and carried to go into executive session at 5:21PM.

Paul
Washington will draft a follow up letter to the aforementioned cases.

2020-1 – The Ethics Board will follow up with a letter to the Town Board.
