At 7:00pm Supervisor McKenna
called the meeting to order. The press was represented by Bill Kemble and Nick
Henderson and Felicia Katchic.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Councilman Rose said the ringing of the
bell was for the first responders, front line people and the people who died
during the current pandemic.

Councilwoman Ricci said there was a new Library
board Director, Jeff Collins. He is
looking to do Zoom community dialogs.

Councilwoman Ricci said the WEC response to
thee Community Solar proposal is to pass on it.
·
Councilman Rose asked if California Quarry
Town property had 3 phase electric? Is
yes, it would be a good place to put up a solar array. Supervisor McKenna said there are companies
looking for place to put solar arrays.

Maria Elena Conte said she has started up
the “SOS” program and is reaching out to make sure everyone is ok.
·
Councilman Heppner said he would like to
start conversations about the Comeau renovation. He said changes were being
made and he wants to remember where the Board was in the discussion. Councilwoman Ricci asked how it could be
done with zoom. Supervisor McKenna said
maybe channel 23 or use of the Community Center.

Refinance Town Bond – Supervisor
McKenna said he had a conversation with The Town bond Council, Munistat, and
the Town can refinance the Town Hall Bond with a savings of $28,000.00. With Board approval he will reach out to the
Bond Council and start the process. All
agreed good idea.

Discussion: Councilman Heppner
said all day parking is fair at $10.00. Supervisor McKenna said the residents
should consider parking in the Mt. View lot because it is also free. Every spot used in the paid lot is income for
the Town and saves on taxpayer dollars.
Maybe set aside a certain area in Mt. View just for residents.

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 123 of Town Law the Woodstock Town
Board conducted an audit of the Woodstock Justice Court at a scheduled meeting
held via Zoom on January 14, 2021, and
WHEREAS, Justice Court personnel made available for inspection
all dockets, ledgers, cancelled checks and bank statements and bail book for
the year 2020, and
WHEREAS, all said documents for the year 2020 were found to be
neat, orderly, and reconciled, and
WHEREAS, all questions about said records were answered to the
complete satisfaction of the Woodstock Town Board, now,
therefore, be it Resolved, to declare that the 2020 audit of the Woodstock
Justice Court by the Woodstock Town Board is complete, and that moneys received
and disbursed by the Woodstock Justice Court for the Town of Woodstock in 2020
are fully accounted for.
