Adopting the Agenda
Laura made a motion to adopt the
Agenda, Jeff seconded. Motion passed.

Approve Minutes from 3/9/20
Laura made a motion to approve the
minutes, Jeff seconded. Motion passed.

Steve Romine led a discussion of his Telecommunications
findings and concerns, and provided related information.
Please reference the email that
Laura sent on May 18 with materials from Steve Romine, subject: Fwd: Gold Mine
Of Legal Advice on Opposing 5G & Cell Towers.
David is our Zoning Revision
Committee focal point for Telecommunications. Laura asked that David and Ed,
who is offering his help overall, work together on Zoning Revision ideas based
on what we heard from Jerry Washington and Gabor Funk at our last meeting, and
Steve Romine today.

Topics for our next meeting – 6/8/20
In future meetings, and as time
permits, we will further review the Zoning Revision Committee Action Plan
document to continue determining next steps for remaining items.

In a future meeting we will invite David Laks to
discuss Drone Photography, discussed in Item 4, Scenic Overlay, and Kirk
Ritchey from the Housing Committee will attend a future meeting.

In a future meeting we will have a work session
to review the Planning Board’s proposed Neighborhood Commercial (NC) / Light
Industrial (LI) changes to the zoning law. Please reference the proposed law
that Laura sent on Feb 10, 2020. Please
let Laura know if you would like hard copies of this document.
