BUSINESS:
-Chris
Layman bee keeper, Lisa will invite him to look, Jim will talk to insurance
committee on 5/16, if both are OK we will do CSAC Project Proposal
-Town
Offices Expansion- Jim tells us that we may not be asked to weigh in on the
project since the plans are now totally within the administrative area. Normal town departments will weigh in on the
design and codes. Went on to say that we
should have been the intermediary between the TBW and WLC which may have made
for a better starting point and avoided some bad feelings. Thank you to Pat J for printing parts of the
Stewardship Plan relating to the proposed addition.

4, 10AM, Saturday- WLC 1st Saturdays- Raptor Project by
Ellen Kalish, free, picnic, expecting 100 people, Jeff will send Ellie Project
Proposal, Jim will talk to Insurance Committee

Society shed Project Proposal- going well

Table for Earth Day with Woodstock Environmental Commission on Village Green went
well- Jeff V and Lisa attended on a rainy day.

hog of Middle Meadow every 3 years- Kathy and Matt said they would do this

Administrative Assistant to Supervisor- Jeff V will ask to put Paula M onto
website as a member, verify hours of meeting, remove Kiosk title? CSAC Project Proposal and Project Checklist to
place on website, also get copies to Jackie.
