Minutes of 4/3/2017. Jim motioned to approve, Lorin
seconded,
all present voted in favor.

liaison from the WLC was absent, Jay W as TBW liaison
Present
BUSINESS
ITEM:
Lynn
presented the harassment training protocol. The point was
made that
the CSAC should write up and be clear about
requirements
for membership on the committee.
Spring
cleanup is scheduled for April 15th, 11am.
Trail
Work- Allan has been told about ash trees that are fragile on
the
trails. Jim estimated that 150 trees are in proximity to trails
and will
all eventually come down. Eastern trail has muddy spots,
typical
for the spring season. Some trail markers need to have
their
screws loosened. Walk through is scheduled for Monday
4/17
4:15PM Jeff and Terry will attend and Terry will invite Carrie.
Dog
issued was discussed at the town board in response to our
recommendation
that they hanble the issue at this point. Jay said
there was
little discussion by board. Jay will propose that police
will be
more visible in lot and trails. Animal control officer could
be be
asked to visit as well. Fines are too weak at the moment,
perhaps
the fine should be closer to $150 not $25.
Projects
and proposals- Woodstock Garden Club is no longer
functioning
we will need to weed and protect the walls.

voted in favor.
