Minutes of Regular Meeting

                                                                             January 30, 2013

The regular meeting of the Commission for Civic design was called to order by Chairperson

David Ekroth at 6:15 pm.

Present: David Ekroth, Richard Heppner, Hera, Cornelia Rosenblum, Joan Elliott           

            A quorum was present and the Agenda adopted.

            Two meeting Minutes,  11/14/11 and 5/14/12, adopted.

Business:

             Election of Officers:

            Unanimous votes for all (same as previous yr.): Chair, David Ekroth, Co-Chair, Cornelia Rosenblum

                        and Minutes Recorder, Joan Elliott

Discussion:

            ZBA turnover

            “Pocket Waterfall Park” on Tannery Brook Rd. in village Center, and why it did not come before

            the CCD or the Planning Board.           

            Signage at Comeau
