Filming or Holding Events on Town property/public spaces

Please see the Filming description on our home page. Contact the Supervisor's office at 845-679-2113 x 17. Depending on the size of the shoot, the length of time, and the desired location it is best to contact the Supervisor's office early - 3 months if possible. We understand that production can happen rapidly and that 3 months lead time may be an unknown. The Supervisor and Town Board will work within your schedule whenever possible. All production events require proof of insurance. 

Events: Marches, rallies, concerts, bike/foot races, larger scale events which would require traffic flow/control. These events require a Mass Gathering permit, and attendance at a minimum of one Safety & Insurance Committee meeting. The larger scale the event, the more lead time required. There are rental fees for the use of Town buildings, and insurance is required for all events. Lead time is critical. Please contact the Supervisor's office a minimum of three months prior to your event.
