Amendment to Tower Lease Agreement, to replace old antennae with new.
BE IT RESOLVED, to hire Denis Lyman as 90 day full-time
temporary Police Officer, effective December 1st, 2019-February 28th,
2020, at a rate of $24.47.

IT RESOLVED, to schedule a
public hearing on the proposed amendment to Chapter 209, Taxation Law of the
Town of Woodstock to adjust income levels for partial exemptions for December
10, 2019 at 7:15 PM in the Town Offices, 45 Comeau Drive, Woodstock, NY,
and

IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to
authorize the Town Clerk to publish in the Town’s official newspaper the
following notice:
The
Woodstock Town Board at a meeting held on November 19, 2019 scheduled a public
hearing for December 10, 2019 at 7:15PM in the Town Offices, 45 Comeau Drive,
Woodstock, NY to hear comment on a proposed amendment to Chapter 209, the
Taxation Law of the Town of Woodstock to adjust income levels for partial
exemptions.
BE
IT RESOLVED, to transfer
up to the sum of $8,155.00 from the General Fund Vehicle Reserve #.008 to the
2019 budget, line A01640.20000 to reimburse the Highway Department for a 2004
Ford dump truck #14 and a 2011 Chevrolet pickup car #30, and
WHEREAS, the transfer of up to $8,155 from the
General Fund Vehicle Reserve #.008 is subject to permissive referendum as it
relates to Article 7 of New York State Town Law,

IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the
Town Clerk is directed to place the following notice in the official newspaper
of the Town:
On
November 19, 2019 the Woodstock Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the
transfer of up to $8,155 from the General Fund Vehicle Reserve #.008 for the
purchase of a used dump truck and a used pickup truck. This resolution is
subject to permissive referendum pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of New
York State Town Law. By Order of the Woodstock Town Board.
PENDING RESOLUTIONS
Whereas the Woodstock Highway Superintendent
requested the Town amend Town Law 233 Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 6, Stop
Signs to add stop signs at the intersections of Rowe Road and Rowe Court and
Tinker Street and Tinker Street II, and
Whereas the Town Board held and Public Hearing on
November 19, 2019 at 7:45 pm at the Town Offices, 45 Comeau Drive Woodstock,
and
Whereas the Town Supervisor completed a Short
Environmental Assessment Form,
Therefore, Be
It Resolve to:
1.
Declare
the Action a Type II action
2.
Close
the public hearing
3.
Adopt
Local Law No. 3 of the year 2019 amending Town Law 233 Vehicle and Traffic Law
Section 6, Stop Signs.
