Originally formed
by Town Board Resolution 160-2019, the Zoning Revision Committee (ZRC) looks at
zoning related issues spelled out by the 2018 Comprehensive Plan. This
committee may also address zoning issues not specifically noted in the
Comprehensive Plan. The ZRC provides
zoning revision recommendations to the Woodstock Town Board in the form of
proposed law updates. Examples include the Telecommunications Law and the Water
District Wellhead Protection Law, both adopted by the Woodstock Town Board in
December 2022, and the Scenic Overlay Law, approved by the Woodstock Town Board
in March 2023, to move through the formal adoption process.
